Hey kids! Sorry for the delay. I'm not very good at this yet…if you couldn't tell. I have been busy with my travels (again) but I did make this amazing video as a tribute to my rather brief stint on the Bachelor. I wanted to show the world that you can make fun of someone and still be funny rather than hurtful. And so I give you the Bachelor Reject Anthem "Ess Okay" by your favorite free spirit: ME! All 100% original music and lyrics. Let me know what you think!

  1. Great job on the BACH reject anthem, Lucy! Congrats on what it might lead to next. Thanks for being you, and the laughs. You inspired a poem I posted on one of my blogs, based on your outlook on life, that captures some of the feeling and spirit I try to maintain in my life. Keep in mind it's just fun poetry and some of it is hyperbole, (so I remind my wife and daughter when I write about others) but you'll see I've drawn a lot from your life. I wrote it back around the same time you were probably working on the anthem. I hope you enjoy it, feel free to copy it if you like. You can click on my name for the blog, "Wherever the sea...". I enjoyed writing it for many reasons. Stay creative!

  2. Thanks Lucy for reading and returning the kind words about the poem on Twitter. You know what really provoked me to pass it on to you was how you responded to all the comments on your anthem on YouTube. That's impressive! It makes my day that you like the poem; I so enjoyed writing it. Cheers.---Paul

  3. Hi Lucy!--I’m real pleased with the re-work I've done on my poem Tribute to Lena, and I thought to share it. I can say after living with it for awhile it's complete. I hope you’ll enjoy it again on my blog, and it rings true for you. Who better to critique it than you? I look forward to reading more of what you write, and more videos as well. My best. Take care!

PS--The Bustle tweeting was a great night.
